I may need some help and advice?

What type of defence can take down a T-wing or single wing offence? Is the 4-3 defence good?

please i need some help, the school we are playing next week, they run T-wing and single wing offence pretty good and they are one of our big rivals. How can we stop them from running their plays?I may need some help and advice?
BLITZ!!!I may need some help and advice?
the 4 - 3 defense will not work. the best way to stop the the wing-T offense is to use a 4-4 defense. you use 4 D-line men and 4 linebackers. the 3 Dbs can handle the rest. this 8 man front will be able to contain the options and misdirections this style of offense will show you. the outside linebackers will pinch inside to try and move the play back to the inside. the middle backers help to contain the leads and dives and traps. the D linemen will play in the 3 gaps and 5 gaps allowing them to penetrate to disrupt the misdirections..... since there will not be much passing the dbs can play man to man.
ok for starters its not called t-wing its called wing t.and there are two diffrent styles of it. one is they will try to get to the edge and beat you with speed, the other way is they will try to pound it,

if its the first style then a 3-3 defence, the second way prolly a 4-3 and with alot of blitzing from the sam and wheel linebackers
You need at least 5 on the line of scrimmage to stop a single wing. You can even stack 6 or 7 in there because there's not much passing from a single wing.
