What's the best punching bag that i can get? My apartment isnt strong enough to hold a suspended heavy bag. I need an alternative. I really dont have time for classes so are there any videos or dvd's you can recommend? I really dont like gloves, i'd rather much prefer wraps or the gloves with the fingers cut out so whats the best brand? This info would really help alot...Boxing, I'm a girl, I need help and advice?
it sounds like your not trying to compete and just trying to get in shape you can see everything you need about boxing equipment online @ ringside.com including dvds something not heavy easy to put up and move around would be a double end bag and gives you pretty good work out and sharpens your punches
