I'm looking forward to buy a wii but i need some advice if you could help me?

1) Should I buy a Wii which is NTSC or Pal format? I live in Malta, european country and the other consoles i have are Pal.


2) what is the difference between IBM broadway processor and Ibm Power Pc?


3)Is it better to have a Product MPN RVLSFSP or RVLSWC?
