DUI issues can be complicated. I think it would be in your interest to consult with an attorney to better understand the potential issues. It probably isn't a good idea to just post legal questions on Yahoo (trust me, I had a bad experience), when many of the members don't know what they are talking about. With such an important issue like DUI, you def. need to contact a lawyer, even though I know they can be expensive. i dnt no about that state law but i do no if you were in california its 3 to 5 years of Court Probation, A fine, including court fees and costs of $1800 to $2800 , 2 Year loss of California Driver License DUI (Driving Under the Influence) School, MANDATORY JAIL TIME so it cant be much different trust me the laws are alot alike
