No DLA can't be touched at all . But you might have to use it to exist and pay other bills while a plan is evolved to deal with debts.. You might have to pull your horns in and lead a really simple life ,,Citizens advice and Disability living allowance help?
no one can touch your DLA so dont worry
they cnt do that they will only give u options what you can do to help with debts . they cnt take ur dla off you at all
no your d.l.a wont be touched they just give you advice
