I'm in highschool. I saw this girl walking around with my friend(girl). I later asked her who she was. She said she'd introduce me to her on monday. My friend told me that her friend she will introduce me to is very shy. I'm pretty shy as well. I know I have to be myself and all, but when I talk to her. How do I keep the conversation flowing? just keep it small talk, nothing in detail. just say hi, smile, and don't be nervous, just ask her ';so what's up?!?'; enthusiastically, and ask her how school's going for her. just smile and nod too, but dont stare completely into her eyes, just act normal and as if you havent planned anything
wen u talk 2 her try 2 b as calm as u can. if she notices that u r shy 2, it will make th whole thing awkward! jus b confident and ask her questions 2 make her talk and get a lil more comfortable around u. smile at her once in a while too. ask her about music or wut shes interested in. only giv a few details about urself and try 2 stay on topics she likes. hope i helped! Just relax n talk, n it will just flow. When you get uneasy, others might be uneasy, too.
