In some ways, choosing your degree is a case of following your heart, but using your head as well - choosing something that you love will hopefully mean that you are more enthused about it, that you show up to classes, do your research, and do well, but you need to temper the love for a subject (heart) with knowledge of your future aspirations (head).
There is a difference between tourism, and tourism management - be sure you are aware of this.
You need a Bachelors degree before you progress to an MBA. If your goal is an MBA, check the admissions requirements, and consider these when you are selecting your bachelors course.
