Exercising inside my home. (PLEASE HELP/advice/ideas needed)?

How do I atleast lose about 200ish calories without a gym inside my house. I have no excersise mchine. Any ideas? How many clories does jumping jacks burn? Or situps?Exercising inside my home. (PLEASE HELP/advice/ideas needed)?
Well, I chase my cat around the house when she doesn't want her bath because she runs from me.. That burns a few. Lol.


Anyways, getting serious. Jumping jacks seem to work pretty well, or rent one of those exercising/dance DVDs. They're fun and if you do at least 20 minutes a day on them then they seem to work pretty well. =)Exercising inside my home. (PLEASE HELP/advice/ideas needed)?
the best way to work out and lose calories in your home is through any method of calisthenics.. basically this is conditioning of your body.


doing push ups, sit ups, dips (using two chairs and putting your legs on them horizontally then pushing down on your arms to work your triceps) are the main part of my work out. the best part is these things don't require a gym! people spend alot of money on bowflexes and etc, but they don't realize that these machines do the same thing as regular conditioning.





go search on google for better tips and methods of conditioning because there are various methods you can do to tone different parts of your body.
