Does anyone have any advice on how to help me get pregnant?

yep, have sex. lol ok ok that was stupid. i'm ttc as well, with my 2nd child, and what i say can help you, is buy an over the counter ovulation prediction kit- what that does is you pee on a tester, and it tells you your two most fertile days out of the month, on those days you should have sex with your hunnie, and hopefully it'll increase your chances of getting preggo.Does anyone have any advice on how to help me get pregnant?
well proper diet and exercise is a good start..so being healthy..knowing your ovulation cycle will help to...that way to best time when you should try... number of times will also affect this to...but as always it's not a guarantee its a chance and you will have to try often enough to increase your chances.


You could speak to your doctor about it if you have one...the will have the best medical advice on the matter.


For my wife and I...we found that we were ready mentally and physically so now we have a son....hes 3 now.





So you need to be ready many ways besides chemically and physically..


and as i was told by others( siblings and friends ) you are never truly ready until you have the child there in your arms and then you still have lots to learn and figure out and all..

Sorry to go out of topic but hmm... well, few weeks back when I was having my hair done at the saloon, I was reading the babyTalk (from the U.S) magazine.


They wrote a review and recommended this website to TTC (trying to conceive) ladies.





They will teach you on eliminating fertility issues even if you're:


late 30s or 40's


have endometriosis


have tubal obstruction


have ovarian cysts or ';lazy ovaries';

well yes there are lots of tips that can help you, i am TTc myself and this site has been wonderful this is what i use





go to amazon.co.uk this is a great site type in ovulation predictor kits, these kits are cheap, you pee on a dip stick everyday after your period, adn if the test line is the same or darker than the control line then you are about to ovulate (usually within 24/36 hrs) this is when u should get jiggy with ur man as its the best time to conceive, as soon as u see that dark line, and do it everyday the line is dark and the day the line is faint, cos that would show that you have ovulated and the sperm should be there waiting for the egg, also i use a BBT thermometer, this shows u your resting temp u do it first thing in the morning, before u even get out of bed so have it at arms length, a shift in temp shows that u have ovulated, you can chart ur temps at fertilityfriend.com (or co.uk) lol, using both of these methods together will give u a great advantage on when to coneive instead of just guessing
