Ahh! help! I need acting advice. I'm 13, btww!?

I'm in the 7th grade and after 8th grade, I will obviously be moving on into high school. I really want to go into the acting business %26amp; I am wondering if there are any acting schools in the North Jersey area? I can't find any but I guess I'm not searching right. %26amp; Any tips for a 13 year old who wants to go into acting? Thank you!

Contact a local theater and inquire about classes. Many theaters offer acting classes taught by their own actors. And even if your theater doesn't, someone there will have the information you need.





Ignore people who tell you to find an agent, since legitimate agents don't take on clients who don't already have acting experience. But if you take classes and appear in a few theatrical productions, you'll have all the experience you need to shop for an agent who may be able to find you other work. Good luck to you!Ahh! help!
